When we practice we engage in doing something repeatedly in order to improve. We invite you to join our program as a way to develop your own green practice little by little, step by step. From a practice perspective you can start to let go of any self criticism or doubt that arises on days when it seems nothing you are doing is green enough. Practicing being green means there is always a new moment, a new hour, or a new day in which you can begin again, and again.......
